Standard text of arbitration clause (*)

Any dispute, disagreement, or claim arising out of this agreement or pertaining to it or violation, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be resolved at Kurzeme Regional Arbitration Court in line with its Rules of Procedure in the composition of one arbitrator.
